The Role

The objective of the Paid Ads Lead is to effectively leverage paid digital advertising channels to achieve specific business and marketing goals in the Mexican market and others. The Paid Ads Lead does this by developing, implementing, and managing paid digital marketing campaigns across various advertising platforms and networks (search, display, social media, video) for both B2C and B2B companies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Formulate and execute paid advertising strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives (B2C and B2B segments).

Identify and target specific audience segments.

Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.

Create compelling and relevant ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.

Conduct keyword research to ensure ads are visible to users searching for relevant products and services.

Execute A/B testing.

Use analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance metrics; prepare periodic reports for stakeholders and management.

Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies to ensure campaigns remain effective and innovative.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including creative agencies and analysts, to ensure seamless integration with broader marketing initiatives.

Ensure compliance with relevant advertising policies, laws, and regulations to avoid legal issues or penalties.

Continuously test new strategies, ad formats, and targeting options to identify improvement opportunities.

Provide insights and knowledge about consumer needs and requirements related to online/mobile lending, banking, or credit card solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and engagement in Mexico.

Through market analysis, research, and monitoring, contribute insights to the company regarding online/mobile lending and CEX solutions in the Mexican market.

Educate team members and other stakeholders on advertising best practices for different platforms.

  • So, what skills, knowledge, and experience do you have?
Skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written business English (essential).
  • Proficiency in using major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, MP, Bing, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc. (Hands On).
  • Competence in using analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics, to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Skill in conducting keyword research to optimize ad content (in various languages).
  • Ability to create visually appealing ads and optimize creative elements for better engagement.
  • Capability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ad placements and tracking.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting (Excel, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)
Knowledge & Experience
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, including exposure to various channels such as search, display, video, and social media.
  • Direct experience in planning, implementing, and managing paid digital marketing campaigns across different platforms in various global markets.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving measurable results, such as increased conversion amounts, conversion rate improvements, website traffic, and improved ROI.
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Strong proficiency in using analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Previous experience in managing advertising budgets effectively (experience with high‑budget accounts preferred).
  • Experience working together with creative teams, analysts, and other departments to integrate advertising initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
  • A track record of staying updated on industry trends, changes in advertising platforms, and evolving best practices.
  • Experience in identifying challenges and proactively implementing solutions to ensure campaign success.
  • Experience in effectively communicating with clients or stakeholders, providing clear updates on campaign strategies, results, and recommendations.
  • Possess a broad range of knowledge to effectively plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
