Una empresa tecnológica busca un Analista de Negocios con amplia experiencia en SCM y manufactura para liderar el diseño e implementación de modelos de planificación. Se requiere más de 15 años de experiencia, habilidades en Oracle E-Business Suite y SAP IBP, además de excelentes capacidades analíticas y de comunicación en español e inglés.

Formación

• Más de 15 años de experiencia en consultoría en SCM y manufactura.
• Experiencia comprobada con entornos Oracle EBS R12 y SAP IBP.
• Certificaciones en Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud y ASCP Expert.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar el diseño y despliegue de modelos de planificación y ejecución.
• Realizar análisis de ajuste para alinear capacidades del sistema.
• Entrenar usuarios y proporcionar soporte post implementación.

Business Analyst – Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Location: San Luis Potosi, Mexico

Department: Supply Chain / Manufacturing

Type: ONSITE at SLP (No remote)

Sobre el Rol:

Business Analyst with deep expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of planning and execution models across Oracle E-Business Suite and SAP IBP platforms. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain processes, with a strong engineering background and proven success in delivering business-aligned technology solutions.

Responsabilidades:

• Lead the design and deployment of supply chain planning and manufacturing execution models.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis to align system capabilities with business requirements.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS modules including ASCP, DRP, GOP, IO, INV, CST, WIP, BOM, ENG, EAM.
• Configure and support SAP IBP modules including Demand, Inventory, Supply & Response, and Sales & Operations Planning.
• Train super/master users and provide post go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and model readiness.
• Develop and execute testing scenarios for SCM and manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical documentation and executive summaries for operational reporting.

Calificaciones:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• Certifications in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud, ASCP Expert, and SAP IBP for Supply Chain.
• 15+ years of experience in SCM and manufacturing consulting roles.
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS R12 and SAP IBP environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (80% proficiency).
