• 5+ years of experience in design, manufacture, or testing of optoelectronic products.
• Proven expertise in Product Lifecycle Management.
• Demonstrated success in launching complex optoelectronic module products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transition of new products from R&D to contract manufacturers.
• Capture and analyze the physics and design intent of product designs.
• Collaborate with design and supply chain teams to develop reliable products.
• Manage prototype builds and communicate design-specific information.
• Support failure analysis and assist engineers in resolving technical challenges.
• Define production requirements and specifications for processes and testing.
