  • Guide site teams with direction, motivation, and clear communication
  • Build teamwork and align teams with ISC and company goals
  • Develop tools, models, and trainings to strengthen our CI culture
  • Support deployment of OpEx at manufacturing sites and provide program visibility
  • Drive key projects that bring measurable value to the company

  • Help define project scopes and deliver workshops when needed
  • Lead investigations and partner closely with site leaders
  • Take the lead on complex, high‑priority improvement projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (chemical, mechanical, industrial, supply chain, or similar technical field preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or plant-based roles (enough to understand production processes, equipment efficiency, root‑cause methods, and CI tools in a real plant environment)
  • 3+ years of hands‑on Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence experience (running CI projects, improving KPIs, leading investigations, driving cost / efficiency initiatives)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required)
  • Black Belt (nice to have, not mandatory)
  • Strong experience with root cause analysis (RCA), OEE improvement, data & statistical analysis, process mapping / VSM / DMAIC
