Novares is looking for its Manufacturing department his/her future Operator (M/F), located in PUEBLA PB-PL.

Main Missions
  1. LEVEL 1
    1. Ensure production in compliance with procedures
    2. Produce in accordance with procedures and standards (production, quality, flows, health & safety, etc.)
    3. Record production on the relevant sheets
    4. Package and identify parts produced and affix labels
    5. Validate conformity between the product and product labels
  2. Control the quality of his/her production
    1. Raise quality alarms (process anomalies, product anomalies)
    2. Ensure the smooth running of the work process
  3. Ensure the conformity and cleanliness of his/her work area
    1. Clean his/her stations
    2. Check the conformity of his/her workstation before starting production
  4. Help to ensure the correct operation of his/her Production Team
    1. Make suggestions and help to implement them
    2. Develop his/her versatility and multi skills
    3. Take part in working groups and progress meetings
    4. Comply with the rules of the company and 5S
    5. Help others
  5. Pass on required information to the production team
    1. Attend team meetings
    2. Notify the process leader or manager in the event of a fault or potential problem
    3. Ensure that instructions are communicated to the next shift team's operator
Levels of Responsibility
  1. LEVEL 2 (Level 1 + missions below)
    1. Ensure production in compliance with procedures
    2. Manage his/her station and comply with standard production rates
    3. Help to remove and install peripheral devices (special machines, assemblies, etc.) during production changes
    4. Detect and solve problems common to his/her job
    5. Develop versatility and remain versatile to work on several product families. Develop multi skills
  2. LEVEL 3 (Level 1 and 2 + missions below)
    1. Ensure production in compliance with procedures
    2. Restart the station following shut-down (peripheral device, press) if authorized
    3. Help with production changes if authorized
    4. Control the quality of his/her production
    5. Help to reduce the number of rejected parts (lean manufacturing, monitoring of red containers)
    6. Analyse the causes of non-conformity and propose solutions
    7. Detect complex problems associated with his/her job and implement actions required to solve them
    8. Ensure the conformity and cleanliness of his/her work area
    9. Perform level 1 maintenance
    10. Help to ensure the correct operation of his/her Production Team
    11. Help, as required and at the request of his/her manager, to train new employees in production products/processes
    12. Provide technical tutoring on production and associated training
    13. Coordinate training and train operators
    14. Provide technical support to operators
    15. Monitor the training needs of operators
    16. Help to integrate new production processes and accept these in terms of reliability and quality
Essential Job Functions Abilities

  6. Reading and basic math comprehension to understand and interpret training guides, standard operating procedures and quality information (SPC, charts, graphs, etc.) and to complete production reports
