Formación

• Experience managing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English with at least B2 level proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with KPIs.
• Review and validate payroll components for accuracy.
• Coordinate IT setup for new hires.
• Manage HR incidents and performance improvement plans.
• Support onboarding and engagement for new hires.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1s.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Monitor engagement of remote and hybrid employees.
