Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8-10 years in manufacturing operations, including leadership experience. • Manage resources, budgets, and production schedules to meet customer demand and business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
