A leading automation technology firm is seeking an experienced Operations Manager, located in Arteaga, Coahuila, Mexico. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8-10 years in manufacturing operations, including leadership experience. This role involves managing production teams, ensuring safety compliance, and developing performance KPIs. Formación

  • Lead and manage production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to meet company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and production schedules to meet customer demand and business goals.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
