A global skincare company is seeking an Operations Manager based in Mexico City. This role entails overseeing the operational and training strategy for our outsourced team, managing performance KPIs, and collaborating across departments to enhance business impact. Ideal candidates will have a university degree, 3 years of experience in operations and team management, and strong analytical skills. Role Purpose:
The Operations Manager is responsible for desining, delivering and overseeing operational and training strategy for our outsourced team of Supervisors and Dermoadvisors, as well as for the Sales Force of our key customers. Additionally, they are responsible for quantifying the impact of these actions in terms of Sell Out, MS, and profitability, ensuring the maximum and most effective business impact possible.
