An international children's organization is seeking an Operations Associate to support effective operational services. This role includes budget management, data analysis, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of administrative experience, be fluent in Spanish, and have an intermediate understanding of English. The Operations Associate (GS-6) plays a critical role in supporting the effective and compliant delivery of UNICEF’s operational services. The position supports the operations team in ensuring that UNICEF office and staff are equipped with the operational support and resources necessary to deliver results for children—on time and within budget. The Operations Associate (GS-6) is entrusted to support the operations team and align their work to the five core pillars: Valuing People, Valuing Money, Valuing Risk Management, Valuing Systems and Structures, and Valuing Partners.
