The ideal candidate will have a finance background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include handling spreadsheets, maintaining CRM organization, and supporting administrative duties like scheduling and reporting. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for success in this role.

Formación

  • Understanding of the finance world.
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role desirable but not required.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities
  • Handling Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Create and arrange Investments' paperwork
  • Maintaining organization of the CRM system
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group & individual meetings, handle and coordinate active calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
Qualifications
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Office, and Google products functionality
  • Understanding of the finance world
  • Strong computer & software skills
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
