In This Role – Responsibilities
  • Design, lead, and implement continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction across business processes.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
  • Train and develop employees in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Performs process audits and operational gap analyses.
  • Collaborate with key areas (production, logistics, finance, quality, etc.) to ensure cross-functional improvement.
  • Coordinates cross functional teams through Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and Kaizen/Kaikaku.
  • Ability to develop standard work and create tiered Gemba process.

For This Role, You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field.
  • + years of confirmed experience in a related role, with some combination of experience in key functional roles: Continuous improvement, Operations, Operational excellence.
  • Good knowledge in core OPEX tools, VSA, Line balancing, Heijunka, Jidoka, P and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in cultural transformations.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams.
  • Good communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish: Proficient in both written and spoken languages.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, S, etc. methodologies.
  • Process analysis, value stream mapping (VSM), operational indicators.
  • Data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.).
  • Analytical thinking and results oriented.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
  • Master’s degree in administration, Quality, or related fields is desirable.
  • Experience in Lean/Six Sigma projects (preferably with Green Belt certification).
  • Project management (PMP certification or similar)
