• 5+ years of experience in IWS and WCM methodologies.

Your ‘day to day’
Lead the Open+ Phase Progression (Pillars Deployment/Activation) to build capability in the organization.
Lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees in order to maximize team and individual performance, to develop individual capabilities and meeting business needs.
Promote a continuous improvement culture across all manufacturing sub departments.
Support Open+ Manager in lead the deployment of OPEN+ according to the defined regional OPEN+ strategy and actively participate to Global/Regional Open+ activities.

Major accountabilities
Health, Safety & Sustainability:

1. Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices. Adhere to all Environment, Health & Safety rules, policies, and practices.
2. Ensure safety instruction, safety traineeship, and safety knowledge assessment for subordinates in cases as required by applicable legislation.
3. Execute a lead role to encourage behaviours safety and mindset by demonstrating consistent behaviours and leads by example.
4. Provide full support in EHS Pillar and Sustainability department (OPEN+ related).

Quality:

1. Provide full support in Quality Pillar & Function.
2. Being a lead role to encourage correct quality behaviours and mindset by demonstrating consistent behaviours and leads by example.

Delivery:

1. Coach the Pillar OPEN+ methodology across the site and support Pillar teams to integrate standardized process into daily work, eliminate losses and solve problems in an autonomous way.
2. Build organizational capability to activate Pillars and manage the readiness activities for next phases.
3. Initiate and lead production related projects with the aim to sustainably improve safety, quality, and factory performances.
4. Implement and lead Pillars synchronization master plan.

Cost:

1. Scout and lead productivity initiatives in order to drive site losses elimination.
2. Increase among departments business understanding and focus on KPIs impact by creating and maintaining an integrated & synchronized KPI cascading process.
3. Ensure loss analysis/VSM are in place to trigger loss elimination initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

1. College/University, Bachelor, or master’s degree. Ideally Engineering (Industrial, mechanical, etc.)
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in IWS, WCM
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Production
4. Fluent English and Spanish
