The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience with Ignition and Microsoft SQL, and strong communication skills. This role involves troubleshooting, application maintenance, and ensuring minimal downtime. The position requires a proactive approach and familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Jira.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Ignition and Microsoft SQL.
• Familiarity with MES and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving production issues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support for MES applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Utilize Ignition and Microsoft SQL skills for application performance.
• Collaborate with customers to address support requirements.
• Track support tickets using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding issue status.
• Monitor MES application health and suggest improvements.
• Maintain documentation for support activities.
