SUMMARY OF ROLE

This role reports to HR Shared Services, with a dotted line to Talent Acquisition Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
  • Administrative support or any related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and applicable apps (i.e. online meeting platforms etc.)
  • Organizational skills on scheduling, logistics and document management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Experience in using Success Factors is an advantage
