A premium resort in Mexico seeks a Social Media & Community Manager to represent the brand across various platforms. Key responsibilities include engaging guests, managing online reputation, and creating content to promote services. Ideal candidates will have a background in hospitality, proficiency in English and Spanish, and experience with social media strategies. This position requires daily onsite presence in Punta de Mita and aims to elevate the resort's online presence while fostering community connections.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality.
  • Local to Punta de Mita, must be on-site daily.
  • Proven social media management experience in hospitality or related fields.
  • Experience developing social media strategies across multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and luxury travel standards.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
