OEM Account Manager
Job objective
To manage and grow strategic relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients by delivering tailored solutions, driving sales performance, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through proactive account management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop as a key account manager with major automotive manufacturers, responsible for full commercial management.
- Lead price adjustment negotiations.
- Define the local commercial strategy in coordination with the global team.
- Prepare technical and commercial reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Generate sales forecasts.
- Support automotive audits and certification bodies.
- Contribute to new business development efforts.
- Manage highly complex accounts.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team (overdue payments).
- Work cross-functionally with ICR, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Controlling to improve business profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field. (Postgraduate degree preferred)
- Fluent English (C1)
- 3 to 5 years of commercial experience with automotive manufacturers (essential)
- Knowledge of cost structures (cost breakdown preferred)
- Open to national travel
