Position Details

Title: Nurse in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, School of Clinical Medicine

Reference: 533852

Work type: Full‑time

Term: Two‑year fixed‑term contract with contract‑end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary). Renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in the University's private clinics at teaching hospitals.
  • Assist in conducting research studies.
  • Work outside normal office hours and/or on public holidays as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Studies and registration with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
  • Extensive clinical experience.
  • Responsible, mature, attentive to details, motivated, able to work independently and as a team member, and willing to learn new skills and multi‑task.
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis (including SPSS) and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of blood taking (advantage).
