A leading technology firm in Mexico is seeking a Head of MACS NTW Engineering Troubleshooting. This role requires extensive leadership in service delivery, management of technical documentation, and a commitment to driving project success while promoting diversity. The ideal candidate has a background in Engineering or Business, with strong experience in Telecom networks and crisis management. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is essential for effective communication across teams.

We are looking for a Head of MACS NTW Engineering Troubleshooting who will report to the Head of MACS NTW Central Engineering LATAM.
This role will act as the service delivery leader for the entire team responsible for interaction with Field technicians, quality experts, training, and review of technical documentation. Your role as leader will drive project quality, shorten time of installation and you will contribute to the overall success of MACS and Group Objectives.
This position will be based in Brazil or Mexico.
