A leading technology company in Monterrey, Nuevo León is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer responsible for integrating manufacturing expertise into the New Product Development process. The ideal candidate will contribute to manufacturing strategies and lead the development of processes and tooling. An engineering degree and 5-7 years of experience in global operations are required. This role emphasizes lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in a cross-functional environment.

Formación

• 5 to 7 years of experience in global operations.
• Experience in region to region manufacturing operations transfers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the manufacturing voice in cross-functional NPD teams.
• Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) into early product design.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process plans.
• Support prototype & pilot builds, analyze results, and provide feedback.
• Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
