A leading global contact lens company is looking for a Sales Leader to manage the sales and commercial team. The role involves developing sales strategies, achieving targets, and leading a team. Ideal candidates should have 8-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the optical or pharmaceutical industry, along with a Bachelor’s degree. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential for success. The position requires travel and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Formación

  • 8-15 years of experience in Sales, commercial, and/or Marketing preferably in Optical or Pharmaceutical industry.

  • Develop (with the Key Account Manager reporting to he / she) strategic business plans through each business channel (ECPs, Retail & Distributors), country to maximize short
  • and long-term value for the company.
  • Act as an integrator of all the areas involved in CVI, to guarantee the Organization's support to customers.
  • Timely monitoring of team performance and ensure PMO & development plans / process.
  • Recruit staff, set goals, guide and monitor performance of a sales team of 2 Regional Managers, 16 Reps, 2 Misight Specialists and 2 Key Account Manager.
  • Establish and foster strong and lasting relationships with customers by working with them and understanding their needs.
  • Develop the talent and commercial capacity of the teams, ensuring a sense of shared purpose, passion to win and a sharp execution coordinated in line with the ambitions and objectives of the business.
  • Lead the commercial team ( Key account Manager) with negotiation guidelines and management of the commercial budget of the business.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and projections to the management team.
  • Identify opportunities and changes in the market, being fully knowledgeable about the products and the state of the competition.
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual customer sales projections.
  • Definition, control, implementation and monitoring of special promotions and prices by chain or client.
  • Ensure impeccable execution of the sales / commercial team.
  • Follow up and ensure compliance with the Sales Force Effectiveness metrics of the entire sales team.
  • Lead the commercial area with clear guidelines on to the Key Account Manager reporting to this person.
  • Work and ensure key accounts forecasts and plans for top 5 customers / accounts.
