We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Head for Mexico to lead our client's market expansion in the smart home security sector, overseeing general operations and driving channel development for innovative IoT products.

In this senior leadership role, you will manage local operations and a diverse team, build strategic partnerships with key clients, and achieve ambitious regional targets while balancing offline operations (70% focus) and online sales activities (30%) in the Mexican market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the local marketing team, establish and develop local channels, and take responsibility for local sales results.
  • Perform regular visits and communication with regional clients, maintaining and further developing client relationships, establishing long‑term and stable partnerships, and assisting clients in local channel sinking.
  • Undertake the sales targets of the corresponding region/clients, decompose the sales plan and assign tasks to the team for execution, and achieve sales indicators.
  • The work focus will be primarily on offline operations (70%) while also requiring proficiency in online operations and sales (30%).
Requirements
  • Fluent in Chinese, with proficiency in English or Spanish. Mastery of Spanish will facilitate communication and collaboration with local channel sales teams.
  • At least 5 years of channel sales experience in security, IT, technology, and consumer electronics-related industries; team management experience preferred.
  • Excellent international business communication and negotiation skills, keen market insight, strong execution ability, collaborative coordination skills, and resilience under pressure.
  • Preferred local sales experience; experience in 0‑1 channel development and local retail or e‑commerce experience.
  • Comprehensive experience in both online and offline businesses.
  • Accept long‑term local residency (more than 10 months a year).
