Job General Description
Plan, organize, direct, and control preventive and corrective maintenance processes and crisis management in accordance with established procedures, standards, and policies, ensuring compliance with the organization's time, quality, and financial KPIs.
Likewise, ensure that all work at new and existing sites is performed under optimal health and safety conditions, in accordance with applicable standards and ATC's purchasing policy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage, control, and direct all preventive and corrective maintenance processes at the portfolio sites, meeting the organization's established time, quality, cost, and safety standards.
- Ensure the attention of maintenance requirement reports (Trouble Tickets) to identify and classify site events, as well as resolve requests from clients and lessors.
- Design and ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance plan, based on statistics, criteria, and strategies for optimizing time and resources, with the goal of controlling expenses for corrective events.
- Comply with the incident response plan, focused on managing operational events for the ATC infrastructure. Proactively communicate events or potential incidents that may affect ATC operations.
- Ensure compliance with the assigned budget for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the timely use of financial resources. Maintain statistical records for future sizing and decision-making aligned with business requirements.
- Monitor the area's processes, identifying areas of opportunity to offer added value to internal and external customers in terms of time, quality, service, and costs. Maintain adaptability to changing environmental conditions and the business environment.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in maintenance processes and incident management, closing the quality cycle and optimizing resources.
- Direct actions to maintain the organization as a leader in the telecommunications infrastructure sector in quality, service, innovation, and sustainability.
- Travel availability, if necessary.
- Interact with owners, customers, and suppliers, ensuring timely problem resolution and high service standards. Much of the field work is performed through contracted vendors. Therefore, this role requires strong supplier oversight and accountability to ensure quality, timeliness, and scope compliance.
Job Profile
Education and Experience
- Qualified Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or similar Engineer with knowledge of telecommunications site construction and maintenance.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, personnel and contractor management, budget control, unit pricing, and engineering projects at the leadership and / or manager level.
- Advanced English and intermediate Portuguese.
- Software development: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Power BI.
