The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney with at least 3 years of experience in corporate law, excellent drafting skills in English and Spanish, and a strong understanding of Mexican law and notary requirements. • 3+ years of qualified transactional legal experience.
• Corporate law experience in law firm or in-house settings.
• Understanding of roles of notaries in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal counsel for development projects in Mexico.
• Negotiate and prepare contracts related to real estate and corporate law.
• Support cruise port development and compliance in Mexico.

Licensed attorney in good standing in Mexico
