About the Role
We’re expanding our Membership Program across North America and are looking for a top-performing Membership Sales Specialist who wants more than just a quota — someone ready to grow into a leadership role.
This is a high-impact sales position where your performance directly drives revenue and company growth. You’ll convert service customers into paid members, upsell higher-tier plans, reactivate past members, and play a key role in shaping how our Membership Sales team scales.

What You’ll Do
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Convert inbound service customers into paid membership plans
- Run outbound sales calls (warm + cold) to promote membership value
- Upsell existing members into higher-tier plans
- Confidently handle objections and close at high conversion rates
- Maximize every customer interaction with add-ons and cross-sells
Outreach & Pipeline Expansion
- Execute SMS and email campaigns to re‑engage declined or inactive members
- Follow up on marketing-driven promotions and seasonal offers
- Support enrollment pushes tied to service demand
Performance & KPI Ownership
- Consistently meet and exceed sales, conversion, and revenue targets
- Track daily KPIs in CRM (sign-ups, upgrades, reactivations, call volume)
- Maintain clean, accurate sales documentation
Customer Experience & Retention
- Clearly communicate membership benefits and guarantees
- Identify churn risks and apply save strategies
- Deliver a professional, trust-based customer experience
Leadership Track Contribution
- Provide feedback on scripts, offers, and sales processes
- Informally mentor new hires as the team grows
- Demonstrate performance and behaviors aligned with future Team Lead roles
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 3+ years of high-performance sales experience
- (membership, subscriptions, warranties, service contracts, or home services preferred)
- Proven ability to close high-volume sales and beat conversion targets
- Strong objection-handling and value-based selling skills
- Self-driven, competitive, resilient mindset
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales scripts
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Strong Plus
- Experience in home services (HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, warranties, etc.)
- Prior mentorship, training, or peer leadership experience
- Clear ambition to grow into a Team Lead / Supervisor role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French)
