Key Responsibilities
- Develop data‑driven Google Ads strategies tailored to the target audience and aligned with business goals.
- Incorporate SEO, paid media, creative testing, and innovation to maximize reach.
- Analyze metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, and third‑party attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
- Monitor engagement rates, website traffic, and conversions to inform decisions.
- Manage day‑to‑day execution of campaigns across multiple accounts—including budgeting, pacing, targeting, and A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to execute cohesive campaigns that reflect the company's vision.
- Stay ahead of trends in the PPC space, test new betas and strategies, and bring proactive ideas to the table.
- Clearly communicate results, insights, and strategy updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with graphic design and content creation teams to produce high‑quality digital content that aligns with user experience goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to ensure strategies remain innovative and competitive.
- Work with designers and CRO specialists to ensure landing pages are optimized for paid traffic.
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communication, computer science, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications in SEO, SEM, Google Ads or analytics tools are advantageous.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in an eCommerce or direct‑response environment.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Shopify, and third‑party attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data skills – ability to draw insights from numbers and act on them quickly.
- Creative Thinking: A keen eye for winning ad creative and landing page design, with the ability to test and optimize effectively.
