We are currently collaborating with a fast‑growing DTC brand that is looking for a Media Buyer to join their team on a remote full‑time basis.

This role is perfect for someone who is both strategic and hands‑on, ready to launch and optimize paid media campaigns while experimenting with emerging platforms.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple channels, drive measurable growth, and shape the brand’s performance marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
  • Scale campaigns across new and emerging platforms: Rumble, Vibe.Co, DV360
  • Collaborate with creative and internal teams to develop ad strategies, targeting, and creatives
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and report actionable insights
  • Recommend optimizations and implement strategies based on campaign data
  • Test new ad platforms and traffic sources to diversify reach
  • Use Shopify for conversion tracking, funnel insights, and optimization
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure strategies remain competitive
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid social or search campaigns (Google Ads and / or X required)
  • Preferred experience with U.S. DTC brands
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting performance metrics
  • Familiarity with Shopify or willingness to learn
  • Based in Latin America or available to overlap with PST hours
  • Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to take initiative in a fast‑moving environment
  • Experience with Rumble, Vibe.Co, DV360
  • Experience managing higher ad budgets
  • A creative eye for ad messaging and visual storytelling
