Job Description

Lead the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, manage demand, and define the master production schedule (MPS) aligning demand with production capacity, available resources, and strategic plant priorities. Facilitate operational and tactical decision-making through precise, collaborative planning aligned with the business.

Additional Skills and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the monthly S&OP process, ensuring analysis quality
• Consolidate demand, capacity, and operational restrictions data to present scenarios and proposals
• Document agreements, decisions, and actions from the S&OP process
• Receive and validate customer demand
• Identify gaps between demand and available capacity, proposing viable solutions
• Develop, maintain, and adjust the MPS
• Ensure the MPS is operationally feasible considering constraints
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, digitization, and implementation of advanced planning tools
