Team Overview

You will join the team responsible for building and executing the marketplace strategy for DiDi Premier, our flagship high end product designed to redefine urban mobility through a better and more reliable experience.

Our mission is to create the right market conditions for passengers to consistently receive a premium experience, while enabling Premier drivers to maximize earnings in a sustainable way. This requires thoughtful design and ongoing optimization of how supply and demand interact across cities.

We are looking for a data driven Senior Analyst to support the evolution of the DiDi Premier marketplace. In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy and operations, using data to inform decisions that shape how the product performs in different local contexts. You will help translate high level goals into actionable insights and execution plans, contributing to both global frameworks and local adaptations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data, ambiguous problems, and real world operational constraints, and who wants to have a direct impact on how a premium marketplace operates at scale.

Role Responsibilities

As part of the team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the DiDi Premier marketplace strategy across multiple cities and countries. You will work on a premium, low density marketplace where supply and demand must be actively designed rather than assumed.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands on execution. You will be expected to analyze marketplace dynamics, design and evaluate interventions, and support their operational rollout in close collaboration with Product, Operations, and regional teams.

  • Analyzing supply and demand dynamics across cities and geographies to identify inefficiencies and define actions that improve reliability, conversion, and driver earnings.
  • Supporting the design and evaluation of marketplace experiments related to pricing, incentives, dispatch behavior, and geographic focus, and translating results into clear recommendations.
  • Building and maintaining forecasting and performance models to understand short and medium term marketplace behavior and inform decision making.
  • Informing pricing and incentive strategies by benchmarking performance, assessing trade offs, and aligning economic levers with desired marketplace outcomes.
  • Turning analytical insights into clear, actionable guidance for local teams and fleet partners, helping them operate closer to demand and with greater efficiency.
Role Qualifications
  • A strong academic background in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, growth, analytics, strategy, or similar roles, ideally within tech enabled or data intensive environments.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to cut through complexity, synthesize data into clear insights, and influence decisions and execution.
  • An analytical, data first mindset, with hands on experience using data to inform decisions. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools is strongly preferred.
  • Solid problem solving skills, including the ability to work through ambiguity, test ideas, take calculated risks, and adapt quickly based on results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with business fluency in English and Spanish and the ability to work effectively with cross functional and external partners.
