1.Channel Activity Coordination: Assist in coordinating the planning of marketing activities and the allocation of resources for OBM across various Latin American countries.

2.Regional Event Management: Plan and execute regional-level events, including the Annual Dealer Conference, factory tours, and regional training sessions, ensuring successful on-site implementation.

3.Localization & Brand Stewardship: Spearhead the Spanish localization strategy and copywriting for key marketing assets (catalogs, case studies, videos, and presentations). Oversee external agencies to guarantee premium execution. Ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to Midea Group’s global identity while being culturally optimized for diverse Latin American markets.

Requirements:

1.Language Proficiency: Fluency in at least two of the following languages is required: English, Spanish, or Chinese (Mandarin).

2.Professional Experience: Proven professional experience in event planning and on-site execution (several years of experience preferred).

3.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of B2B marketing within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry is a strong plus.

4.Mobility: Must be based in Mexico City or Bogotá and willing to accept frequent business travel across Latin America.

Project Management & Workflow Leadership

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle for all paid media projects, from onboarding and setup to launch and ongoing optimization cycles.
