A leading mobility technology platform is searching for a Marketing Senior Analyst to enhance the driver community across Spanish-speaking Latin America. In this role, you will execute regional marketing initiatives, manage brand campaigns, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical, project management skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. This role is hybrid and offers an exciting opportunity within a dynamic team.

Formación

Team Overview

As a Marketing Senior Analyst for the Driver Marketing team in the SSL region, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our driver community across Spanish-speaking Latin America. Your primary focus will be supporting the roll-out and operation of new categories for drivers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end journey of these drivers within our platform. Working within a fast-paced, regional team, you will act as a bridge between data-driven insights and tangible marketing actions, helping to optimize the user experience for one of the world's leading mobility platforms.

Role Responsibilities
  • Executing Product Launches: Supporting the implementation of regional marketing initiatives aimed at introducing new options for drivers, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our app.
  • Managing Campaigns & Events: Taking ownership of the execution of brand campaigns, local projects, and driver-facing events, ensuring they are delivered on time and align with regional goals.
  • Supporting Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior leadership by providing data-backed recommendations and operational insights to help shape future growth plans.
  • Analyzing Performance: Monitoring daily performance metrics to identify trends and solve problems in real-time, ensuring our acquisition efforts remain efficient and effective.
  • Managing Stakeholders: Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, and Legal, to ensure marketing projects are aligned and executed with excellence.
  • Driving Insights: Transforming complex data into clear reports and actionable insights that help the team understand driver behavior and market dynamics.
Role Qualifications
  • 3–5 Years of Experience: A proven track record in marketing, operations, or data-driven roles, ideally within a high-growth technology company or a marketplace environment.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate large datasets to find "the why" behind the numbers.
  • Structured Thinking: A methodical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable, actionable steps.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from brand-building campaigns to local experiential events, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong Communication: The ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team-player mindset, comfortable working across different cultures and time zones within the SSL region.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
