A leading tech company in Mexico seeks a Marketing Manager for their Ads Marketing Incentives team. The role involves developing incentive programs, analyzing data to optimize strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. You’ll work with analytics, sales, and customer teams to get customer insights, own programs that deliver value to customers and Google, and engineer for operational scale. You will work with a cross-functional team (e.g., Product Management, Legal, Engineering, regional and local marketing, Sales, Accounting and Finance) to lead innovation in the space.
