Formación

About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong execution capabilities to translate global strategy into impactful local plans. This role leads go-to-market initiatives, campaign execution, and financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth across dermocosmetics and personal care brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate global marketing strategy into local execution plans and ensure flawless implementation.
  • Lead and execute the Marketing & Go-To-Market strategy for assigned brands.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external teams (agencies, vendors, cross-functional stakeholders).
  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring performance and ROI.
  • Own financial KPIs, including P&L follow-up and budget control.
  • Track and analyze commercial indicators: sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through.
  • Support medical activation initiatives through promotional materials and strategic marketing support.
  • Ensure strong alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Medical teams.
  • Lead 1 direct report and 1 intern, fostering development and performance.

Profile & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing within Consumer Goods, Personal Care, or Dermocosmetics industries.
  • Proven experience in campaign execution and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience owning financial KPIs, including P&L follow-up and budget control
  • Strong analytical mindset with business-oriented decision-making.

Languages

  • Advanced English (regular participation in business meetings).
  • Portuguese is a plus.
