A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a marketing coordinator based in Mexico City, responsible for implementing marketing strategies in specialty care, oncology, and vaccines. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields and have at least 1 year of experience in marketing roles. Essential skills include analytical thinking, teamwork, and a proficiency in digital marketing tools. The role requires basic English proficiency and entails working 2-3 days a week from the office.

Responsible for coordinating and implementing initiatives derived from the category strategy, ensuring timely execution of the materials development plan and supporting commercial objectives through data‑driven insights to identify trends, and improve strategy and execution.
This process will run for
4 different positions in Specialty Care, Oncology & Vaccines.
Execute portfolio action plans in alignment with strategic objectives.
Coordinate the design, development, and approval of promotional materials in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, ensuring timely feedback and follow‑up.
Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs and performance metrics across stakeholders.
Analyses digital data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to generate actionable insights for future strategies.
Align commercial activities with the digital marketing plan (TMP plan).
Conduct price and trend analysis to support competitive positioning.
Oversee sampling processes and ensure accurate follow‑up (if applies).
Generate insights from market and sales analysis.

Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Project Management Tools :
Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Campaign Performance :
CTR (Click‑Through Rate), Conversion Rate, Engagement Rate.
Digital Reach :
Website traffic growth, social media impressions.
ROI :
