A leading global energy management company is seeking an experienced leader in SMT and PCBA operations for their Reynosa site in Mexico. This role requires over 10 years of proven experience in manufacturing, with responsibilities that include driving operational excellence, managing a large team, and improving key performance indicators such as efficiency and quality. You will report to the Plant Manager of the Reynosa site. This is a leadership role with direct accountability for engineering, technical, and operational teams. You will collaborate closely with peers, stakeholders from different Business Units, and global manufacturing leaders.
