Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Engineering Manager located in Tijuana site, Mexico.

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager role involves covering Engineering requirements to prepare the Manufacturing process instruction, Flow Chart, Lay Out, identifying the BOM Make/Buy required to build the product and work with customer on the quality requirements to meet customer expectations.

What a typical day looks like:

• NPI Manufacturing Engineer.
• Responsible for reviewing customer specifications.
• Drawings, technical sheets, and product functionality.
• Developing processes, including tooling and workbenches.
• Manufacturing instructions for assembly and subassemblies.
• Tooling analysis.
• Quality control plans and testing.
• Support in the qualification of raw materials and finished products.
• Constant communication and interaction with the client.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Engineering degree.
• Advanced intermediate English, capable of making agreements with clients.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of simulation software (FlexSIM) is a plus.
• Personnel management.
