A leading multinational manufacturing company in Torreón, Coahuila seeks an experienced professional to manage various engineering and manufacturing processes. Your role will involve overseeing assembly operations, managing project releases, and applying lean manufacturing principles. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and have related experience in the construction or automotive sectors. A capacity for decision-making and problem-solving in a manufacturing context is essential. The position requires a willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 50%.

Formación

  • Experience in Construction Prime Product Machines or automotive Industry Experience.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Releasing processes (4 years minimum).
  • Capital RFIs management.
  • NPI/NSI processes (New Product Introduction/ New Source Introduction).

Responsabilidades

  • Lead Prime Product Assembly manufacturing processing and cost estimating.
  • Manage Engineering to Produce Systems such as SAP ME and GTC Manufacturing.
  • Oversee programs for hiring and performance management.
  • Implement operating methods and improvements.
  • Coordinate scheduling of machines and materials.
