A global fashion company is seeking a Manager / Solution Architect PTP to drive strategic alignment of Procure to Pay processes within a global SAP program. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage design and delivery of solutions, and act as the escalation point for issues. Formación

Overview

Manager / Solution Architect PTP will drive the strategic alignment of Procure to Pay (PTP) processes within a global SAP program, ensuring that SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions meet evolving business needs. You will collaborate with senior business leaders and SAP teams to implement scalable solutions that optimize key business processes, including Purchasing, Contracts, Purchase Pricing, Inventory Management, Stock Transfers, Inbound Logistics and Invoicing. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of this business area to identify, analyze and resolve problems on an ongoing basis. As a project lead, you will manage the design and delivery of regional and global projects, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring that all deliverables meet business requirements. You will also serve as the escalation point for any issues in the PTP functional area, working with teams to resolve complex challenges. This position offers an opportunity to work with the latest SAP cloud technologies, leverage your expertise in SAP S4 Fashion and gain significant experience in the technological ecosystem of a mature SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership and manage the work activities and distribution among the different projects.

• Manage the teams across the different projects and provide them direction as needed.

• Validate new business requirements with the Supply Chain business operation lead

• Design, configure, build and test functional solutions that meet business needs and align with cross-functional requirements.

• Serve as the functional lead for global projects, managing cross-functional teams.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of solutions, including design, testing, UAT support, and cutover activities.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for PTP functional areas, managing issues and ensuring resolution.

• Act as a liaison between business operations and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

• Lead project meetings, provide updates, and ensure project teams remain on track.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: 10 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Materials Management (MM)

• 2+ years’ experience implementing SAP MM in a fashion company with an end-to-end project, either through SAP AFS, FMS, or S4 Fashion.

• Experience with design, development and deployment of business processes associated Purchasing, Contracts / Outline Agreements, Purchase Pricing, Inventory Management, Stock Transfers, Inbound Logistics, Invoice Management.

• Good understanding on how SAP procurement and inbound logistics integrate with external warehouse management and logistics solutions.

• At least 1 or 2 full cycle experience of ERP Transformation programs.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

• Should have knowledge of other supply chain applications like Infor Nexus order management, factory management, supply chain visibility and procure to pay.

• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies to solving business problems.

• Must be able to meet deadlines of a dynamic, growing business.

• Should be strong team player who can build relationships across functions to mediate and resolve problems

• Ability to work with senior business partners to capture detailed requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

• Understanding of technical components required to support business processes, including integration effort within different functional tracks.

• Good knowledge of associated S4/Hana FIORI Tiles, Launch Pad, Transactional apps, Personas.

• EDUCATION: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or commensurate experience.

• SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) in S4 Fashion or SAP AFS or FMS.

• Knowledge in Infor Nexus product

• Must be a team player, must be able to work with colleagues globally in a diverse environment, with good upward and downward management skills.

• Strong IT skills – general computing and office software skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
