The role requires a minimum of ten years of experience in the automotive industry, including management experience in Quality. Responsibilities include managing quality KPIs, reporting, and implementing quality systems. Fluent English is essential, and international travel is required. • GPMS: Quality Assurance Approach for QA Tasks Definition
• Cost of Quality Improvement, Monitoring, and Reporting: Cost of Quality: External and Internal Sorts & Reworks Cost for EDS
• Global Lessons Learned (Kako-Tora*) Management System
• QCC planning, execution, and interface with YC
• Warranties US-OEM
• Quality Systems & Strategies for Quality Improvement and Validation (QIP/QRP*, Yokoten)
• Yazaki Global Standards Implementation, Updates & Follow Up: GLOSTAS, 136 Control Items among others
• Quality Systems Validation with Plants: Core Tools (PPAP)
• Customer Specific Requirements Regarding Process Audits: PPA, BIQ, Kako-tora*
• New Processes added on P78-79-80

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic or similar)
• Applicable experience may substitute for a degree
• Minimum of ten years applicable experience, including 3-5 years of management experience in the automotive industry focusing on Quality, Production, or Engineering
• Preferred: 5+ years of progressive management experience
• International travel required
• Fluent in English required
