A leading cybersecurity company located in Mexico City is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to manage and inspire a team focused on Enterprise and Government accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong technology selling experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. This position offers a dynamic role in the network security industry where leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Representatives focused on Enterprise and Government accounts.
  • Develop account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility.
  • Maximize opportunities while providing value-added solutions.

Conocimientos

Technology selling experience managing sales in Enterprise and Government
Proven ability to sell solutions to Enterprise and Government accounts
Regional Sales experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience in the network security industry
Proven track record of significant over-quota achievement
Experience in closing large deals
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Goal oriented with interpersonal managerial skills

Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Representative focused on Enterprise and Government accounts
  • Develop account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility
  • Maximize Fortinet opportunity while providing value added solutions to Enterprise and Government accounts
  • Serves as lead contact responsible for the flow of information to/from executive management in global accounts
  • Works closely together with the local account managers in order to maximize the primary business focus
  • Develops relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
  • Manages effective working relationships with assigned region MAMs, Technical Sales Engineers, and Consulting Professionals
  • Travels within assigned territory is required
Required Skills
  • Technology selling experience managing sales in Enterprise and Government
  • Proven ability to sell solutions to Enterprise and Government accounts
  • Regional Sales experience
  • Language: English and Spanish fluently. Portuguese is a plus
  • Experience in the network security industry
  • A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
  • Experience in closing large deals
  • Selling experience in security is recommended
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal oriented individual, with vast interpersonal managerial skills, strong business acumen and positive leadership abilities with proven results in mentoring, motivating and developing teams
