A leader in technology solutions in Mexicali is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision, and knowledge in automation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to drive continuous improvement projects. Employment type is full-time with competitive compensation.

Formación

• 3 years minimum experience in process/manufacturing and maintenance supervision.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with automation specialized in Siemens and Allen Bradley systems.
• Strong knowledge of personal management and budget oversight.
• Knowledge and management of Maintenance metrics TPM MTBF MTTR Availability.
• Ability to lead lean continuous improvement projects.

Description

Oversees and plan day to day preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for a specific technology or group of machinery. Development and execution of downtime reduction initiatives and manages maintenance technician contractors, budget capital and all necessary technologies related to his area. Responsible for providing fast and effective support in troubleshooting downed machines prioritizing operational continuity and efficiency in a dynamic environment using his technical knowledge in automation. Lead develop execute and provide initiatives to improve and maintain the main KPIs from technical services area (MTTR, MTBF, Availability and PM adherence).

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or related areas required.
• 3 year minimum experience in process / manufacturing and maintenance supervision
• English (advanced)
• Professional with experience in automation specialized in Siemens and Allen Bradley systems
• Strong knowledge on personal management and budget
• Strong knowledge and management on Maintenance metrics TPM MTBF MTTR Availability
• Able to lead lean continuous improvement projects and events.
• Knowledgeable of manufacturing processes and its application. (preferred)
• Six Sigma lean / Green-belt (minimum) or Black Belt / Lean expert / TPM expert (preferred).
