Formación

• Advanced knowledge of Autonomous and Progressive Maintenance systems.
• Capability to lead and manage team performance.
• Ability to execute planned and breakdown maintenance standards independently.

Responsabilidades

• Enable line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets for process stability.
• Own technology and budget related to maintenance.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans.

Conocimientos

Technical mastery of processes and equipment

Coaching and leadership skills

Problem-solving skills using TPM tools
