• Evaluate transport and yard suppliers' performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in planning, sustainability, and service quality for vehicle delivery to the national dealer network.
• Lead and coordinate activities with suppliers to ensure quality in shipments, storage, and handling (damage‑free operation).
• Manage and complete the importation process of finished vehicles.
• Evaluate transport and yard suppliers’ performance to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor and resolve operational exceptions.
• Handle dealer claims related to transport damages according to root cause analysis and insurance policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Transportation, or related field.
• Languages : Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience : 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or related fields (OEM or automotive industry experience is desirable).
• Technical Knowledge : International trade, transportation & distribution, supply chain, logistics.
• Communication : Strong written and verbal English skills for documentation and reporting.
• Problem‑Solving : Ability to identify inefficiencies, adapt to operational challenges, and provide strategic solutions.
• Teamwork : Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external logistics suppliers.
