A global medical technologies provider in Mexico City is seeking a logistics coordinator to support inbound and outbound activities. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field and experience coordinating international shipments. Key responsibilities include inventory management, shipping follow-ups, and compliance with quality standards. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication in this role.

Formación

  • 1 to 2 years professional experience in coordinating international shipments, customs or transportation processes.
  • Familiarity with FDA GMP and ISO quality system requirements.

Position Summary

Supports inbound warehouse and outbound logistics activities including importing goods receipt processing inbound transportation reverse logistics inventory management warehouse activities with 3PLs and outbound logistics activities.

  • Update SAP shipments and stock information.
  • Shipments follow‑up.
  • Coordinates and verifies storage locations transfers.
  • Supports supervision of warehouse best practices.
  • Creates logistics reports.
  • Supports outbound transportation warehouse and inbound logistics processes.
  • Supports global regional and local Teleflex initiatives.
  • Supports other functional areas within Teleflex through joint projects.
  • Supports overall global regional and local Teleflex market growth.
  • Supports process improvement opportunities that drive better cost and better service.
Education / Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years professional experience in coordinating international shipments, customs or transportation processes (preferably with a medical device manufacturer or large manufacturing‑based organization).
  • Preferable familiarity with FDA GMP and ISO quality system requirements for a diverse medical device manufacturer.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
  • MS Office Suite (preferred).
  • SAP ECC Supply Chain Modules proficiency (preferred).
  • Bilingual English / Spanish (required).
