A leading global agricultural company in Reynosa, Mexico, is seeking an experienced engineering leader to ensure customer satisfaction through quality, delivery, and cost goals. The ideal candidate will have a background in Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing. The role includes maintaining effective communication between departments and developing performance indicators. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SAP is required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions within manufacturing or assembly.
• Ability to coordinate performance meetings, demand planning, and production strategies.
• Experience in efficiency analysis and control of performance and quality indicators.
