A global technology company is seeking a Team Leader Solutions Engineering in Mexico City. This role involves managing Solutions Engineers, driving B2B growth, and enhancing the team culture through flexibility and collaboration. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales engineering, excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, and be adaptable in technology. This position offers a hybrid work model and requires about 40% travel within Mexico.

Formación

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Experience in Sales Engineering or technical IT/AV.
  • Proven experience in sales methodologies and partner management.

The Role

As Team Leader Solutions Engineering you will be responsible for managing our Solutions Engineers and embodying Logitech’s behaviors: Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do.

In this role you will help grow the B2B business for Logitech through proactive business support & development, enabling end‑user accounts, and elevating our technical knowledge through the account management teams. The role has direct reports and you will also act as our most senior SE in the region focusing on helping our Global Account team as well as our biggest regional accounts and partners.

Product Knowledge

In‑depth knowledge of video collaboration technologies, including hardware (cameras, microphones, displays) and software (video conferencing applications, collaboration tools).

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales Engineering and/or technical IT/AV experience or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate the ability to leverage technology to develop innovative new solutions that have scaled as the company has transformed into new ways of delivering value to customers.
  • Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and assist your sales counterparts to best position Logitech.
  • Familiarity with technology and platform deployment, emphasizing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google in an enterprise environment.
  • Industry experience; knowledge of competition, market growth, and value of USB devices in the conference space.
  • Passion about being on a team with the vision to enhance the culture through communication, connection, and collaboration.
Professional Certifications
  • Industry Certifications: Certifications from recognized industry bodies or technology vendors in networking, video technologies, or related fields (e.g., AVIXA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco, Microsoft).
  • Sales and Technical Training: Proven experience in sales methodologies, technical sales, and partner management.
Soft Skills
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non‑technical audiences, conduct training, and foster strong relationships.
  • Problem‑Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions in challenging situations.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing technology landscape.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, fostering a positive and productive environment.

Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Availability to travel around Mexico (40% time).
