Job Description

As a Tech Lead, you'll work in an agile environment, balancing between software development and leading a small cohesive team, your work will be the reference for the team, therefore we expect excellent communication skills and engineering practices, with a keen eye for maintainable code and strong foundations for writing idiomatic python code.

Responsibilities

• Track, estimate, report, and collaborate with project managers.
• Perform code reviews, and design reviews to ensure performant, high‑quality software makes its way into production.
• Identify areas of file I / O, networking, CPU, and memory performance optimizations using production monitoring tools and profilers.
• Collaborate with architects to make technical decisions regarding programming language, database, delivery, and solution architecture.
• Mentor junior engineers and review their contributions to the codebase.

Qualifications

• What you need to have
• A passion for software development.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Python.
• Strong debugging and profiling skills.
• REST API client and backend development.
• Test automation.
• Past experience leading software development team.

• MongoDB, Kafka, InfluxDB, Kubernetes monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
