A global technology company in Mexicali is seeking an Administrative Coordinator. This role involves providing administrative support to management, coordinating site visits, and managing employee recognition events. The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience and strong communication skills. This position offers a dynamic environment where teamwork and interpersonal relationships are essential.

Formación

  • 2 to 4 years of work experience in administrative areas.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to develop interpersonal relationships in work-related matters.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate and assist customer and executive level visits to the site.
  • Provide administrative support to the site leader and management staff.
  • Responsible for protecting sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact to coordinate and assist customer and executive level visits to the site.
  • Provide administrative support to the site leader and management staff.
  • Responsible for protecting sensitive and confidential information received and generated.
  • Utilizes knowledge of company operations, procedures, policies, and departmental functions in performing duties with minimum direction/supervision.
  • Coordinate site level employee recognition events
  • Acts as support for high performance teams’ initiative
  • Prepare executive level presentations and communication materials (flyers, letters, e-mail…)
  • Provides support in special projects as requested by the site leader
You Must Have
  • 2 to 4 years of work experience in administrative areas.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to develop interpersonal relationships in work-related matters.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Coordination of employee recognition events.
Qualifications
  • Six Sigma/Lean Expert preferente.
