About the role

We’re looking for a hands‑on AI Leader to lead and build cutting‑edge AI capabilities across our platform. You’ll own everything from prototypes to production, helping us unlock next‑level intelligence, automation, and speed.

What you'll do

• Lead our AI efforts — from strategy to hands‑on execution
• Build and deploy production‑grade models (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, etc.)
• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship AI‑powered features
• Champion AI‑driven development using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor
• Scale our AI infrastructure and build a top‑tier AI/ML team
• Stay on the edge of GenAI trends and turn them into real innovation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience, 3+ in AI/ML
• Fluent in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and MLOps workflows
• Experience with LLMs, vector databases, semantic search, or finetuning
• Comfortable writing and shipping code yourself — not just leading
• Skilled in using AI‑assisted coding tools (Copilot, CodeWhisperer, etc.)
• Strong product sense and a startup builder’s mindset
