Responsibilities
Implement tech solutions for optimal lead generation and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Use research tools to build prospect lists, supplement databases, and maintain lead databases.
- Oversee and optimize lead generation campaigns for Brokerkit and individual accounts.
- Monitor lead progress within the CRM, initiate task-based alerts for appointment readiness.
- Integrate new lead sources into customer accounts.
- Generate concise weekly reports for Brokerkit prospecting and monthly reports for each account.

Role-based Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year lead generation experience.
- Proficient in tech‑savvy lead generation and campaign management.

- Residential real estate experience will be strongly considered.
- Funnel building and conversion rate optimization.

What We Offer
- The compensation will be $5-10 USD per hour commensurate with experience.
- This is a full‑time (40 hours per week Monday‑Friday) remote role as an international contractor, and you will be paid in USD which will be deposited in your local account in your local currency.
