Lead Delivery Manager / Supply Chain
Working Hours: Rotational shifts, based on a 7.30-hour schedule: Mon – Fri, 8 AM EST - 10 PM EST; Saturday/Sunday, 10 AM EST – 8 PM EST. Work is 100% on-site at the Monterrey client office.
Experience Required:
- Identify and assess complex problems within your area of responsibility.
- Interact with senior management at the client, involving negotiation and influence on significant matters.
- Manage large teams (75-150 members) or work efforts, or lead individual contributor roles.
- Ensure delivery of an optimal end-to-end supply plan for the assigned DRBU/Category, considering cash, cost, and service levers.
- Oversee scenario workflow orchestration and approval within defined levels.
- Review dashboards to identify exceptions and drive necessary actions.
- Approve inventory stockholding and other relevant policies.
- Create and approve new segmentation strategies and parameter automation policies.
- Make planning decisions for the assigned DRBU/Category.
- Drive continuous improvement and change management to deliver sustainable change and operational excellence.
- Ensure all planning-related master data is accurate and complete across systems.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, MBA, or Analytics.
- 12-15 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP processes, procurement, master data, and manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, management, analytical, and digital skills.
- Holistic supply chain knowledge, process metrics, and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Proficiency in FMEZ, Fishbone, SIPOC, Kaizen, Lean methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Participation in at least one complex transition or transformation in CPG or consumer electronics sectors.
